Your phone rings.
We catch the call.

Set up call forwarding when you do not answer, so your phone rings first and missed calls reach your Cloud Power Tech receptionist. Find your carrier below.

Before you start: Get your assigned receptionist number from Cloud Power Tech. Use that number as the destination—not our sales number. Keep a record of your current voicemail forwarding settings so you can restore them later.

// Choose the right forwarding

Ring first.
Answer every call.

“No answer” forwarding lets you pick up first. “Always forward” sends every call straight to the destination without ringing your phone. Busy and unreachable forwarding may require separate settings.

Use your phone’s dial pad

Enter codes in the native Phone app on the line being forwarded. With dual SIM, select the correct line. A code in a VoIP app will not configure your cellular service.

Seconds, not exact rings

Ring cadence varies. A 20-second delay does not guarantee four rings. Some carriers allow a timer; others use a fixed delay or require support.

Check voicemail and billing

Forwarded calls can bypass your carrier voicemail and may incur charges under your plan. Confirm domestic destination eligibility and charges with your carrier.

// Carrier instructions

Find your carrier.

Replace YOUR10DIGITNUMBER or NUMBER with your assigned destination. Enter digits without spaces or dashes. Support-assisted entries identify where line-specific confirmation is needed.

Confirm no-answer support

Visible

Visible documents *71NUMBER for busy or on-another-line forwarding, but its guide does not explicitly confirm unanswered-call forwarding.

  1. Contact Visible support and ask whether your line supports forwarding after no answer to an external number.
  2. If confirmed, use the activation instructions support supplies and wait for confirmation.
  3. Test with your phone idle and let it ring unanswered; a busy-line test alone is not enough.

Documented cancellation: Dial *73 and press Call. Ask support to confirm voicemail restoration.

Cricket Wireless

Cricket includes call forwarding. Its device guides show conditional options, but availability and menu names depend on your phone and line.

  1. Open Phone → menu → Settings → Call settings or Calling accounts. Select the correct SIM if prompted.
  2. Open Call forwarding (sometimes under Supplementary services) and choose When unanswered.
  3. Record the existing voicemail forwarding number, enter your destination, and select Enable / Turn on.
  4. Test from another phone. If the option is missing or rejected, contact your carrier.

Undo: Return to When unanswered and restore the saved voicemail destination, or ask support to restore it.

Delay: Ask Cricket to confirm available timing. Do not assume every AT&T code is enabled on Cricket.

Confirm your current service

UScellular / legacy lines

Start with the carrier currently shown on your bill or account. If your line has migrated to another service, use that provider’s instructions.

  1. On a supported device, open Call settings → Call forwarding → When unanswered.
  2. Record the current destination, enable the option, enter your forwarding number, and Save.
  3. If the menu is missing, ask your current provider for no-answer activation and cancellation instructions.
  4. Test from another phone. To undo, restore the original destination or ask support to restore voicemail.

These menu options are documented for the DuraXA Equip; other devices and migrated lines can differ.

// Confirm it works

One test call.
Peace of mind.

  1. Call your original business number from a different phone.
  2. Leave your business phone unanswered. Confirm that it rings first, then your receptionist answers.
  3. Call again and answer on your business phone. Confirm the call stays with you.
  4. If you also enabled busy or unreachable forwarding, test those conditions separately.

If a code fails, stop and ask your carrier to enable conditional call forwarding on no answer to an external number. Request the delay, activation code, cancellation code, and voicemail restoration procedure. Do not try unrelated codes.

Can I do this from iPhone settings?

The standard Call Forwarding switch generally controls immediate forwarding. For forwarding after no answer, use your carrier’s conditional code or support instructions.

Can I use Android settings?

Some phones provide Phone → Settings → Calling accounts / Supplementary services → Call forwarding → When unanswered. Menus and availability vary. Save the current voicemail destination before changing it.

Will this forward texts too?

These instructions configure voice calls. Text messages require a separate arrangement.

What if I use another prepaid carrier?

Ask that provider for its own conditional forwarding instructions. Sharing a network with Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile does not guarantee the same features or codes.

How do I get voicemail back?

Use the cancellation instructions for your carrier, then test an unanswered call. If voicemail does not answer, have support restore your voicemail forwarding destinations. Avoid blanket forwarding resets unless your carrier directs you to use them.
